About Me
I believe that yoga should be accessible to all, completely personal, and in a safe and inclusive environment. Maybe that’s from the comfort of your living room, in a community group class, or even squeezed in between meetings; there is no one-size-fits-all approach to feeling better physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I meet each client exactly where they are and become an advocate for their whole-body health through my vast knowledge and genuine connection. My approach is to empower each individual on their wellness journey by building a “toolbox” of poses, movements, and breathing techniques to seamlessly weave into their lifestyle.

I have been teaching yoga since 2012 and decided to pursue a career as a Yoga Therapist shortly thereafter due to my own struggles with Rheumatoid Arthritis and anxiety. I hold a certification as a Certified Yoga Therapist with The International Association of Yoga Therapists and RYT500 and E-RYT200 with the Yoga Alliance. I have worked with clients of all ages, abilities, and conditions, but I am particularly passionate about mental health and trauma work.

Outside of yoga, you can find me hanging outside with my witty Kiwi husband, Chris, and three awesome and spirited kiddos, Zoe, James, and Ella.
