As a yoga therapist, I believe that yoga should be accessible, approachable, and completely personal.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to helping my clients feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. I help each client build a “toolbox” of poses, movements, and breathing techniques tailored to you to incorporate into everyday life.
I have worked with clients of all ages, abilities, and conditions, but because of my own experiences, autoimmune conditions and mental health are near and dear to my heart.
